Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for OneCM Java microservices while maintaining application availability and service-level commitments.
- Own critical incident triage and resolution, lead major-incident bridge calls, perform root-cause analyses, and drive permanent corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor application health, logs, integrations, and performance using Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, and Prometheus.
- Perform deployment validation, configuration troubleshooting, smoke testing, and rollback planning across Kubernetes, OpenShift, and other container platforms.
- Guide distributed support engineers and collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, database, business, and support teams.
- Improve service quality, documentation, automation, and operational readiness.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise Java applications built with Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and API gateways.
- Experience with incident, problem, change, release, production-checkout, and break-fix processes in an ITIL-aligned support environment.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, Azure or Google Cloud, and CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, Kafka, and production troubleshooting across integrated application environments.
- Experience with Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and scripting with Python, PowerShell, or similar.
- Healthcare, clinical, or care-management application experience is preferred.
- Experience leading onshore and offshore production-support teams and mentoring support engineers is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, GPT, Gemini, or OpenAI solutions is preferred.
- Experience creating self-healing scripts, automated alerts, runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational dashboards is preferred.
