Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services supporting business-critical applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps/SRE teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership, best practices, and code quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of software development experience using Java technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, supported by strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include insurance or financial services experience; exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments; CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; and experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
