Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs for enterprise applications.
- Build and support AWS Glue ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data across enterprise systems and platforms.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions integrated with cloud and on-premises environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with architects, business analysts, data engineers, and development teams.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
- Troubleshoot application and data-processing issues and drive performance optimization and continuous improvement.
- Follow software development best practices, security standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers when applicable.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Java application development focused on enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
- Strong experience developing and supporting AWS Glue ETL workflows and data integration solutions.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and AWS services.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
- Experience with relational databases and data integration technologies.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with AWS Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, data warehousing, data lakes, analytics platforms, and regulated industries.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior developers is preferred.
