Responsibilities
- Develop and contribute to technical solutions for new products on the Workday platform using Workday Extend.
- Create proof-of-concepts and gather customer and prospect feedback to shape product solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams on customer-focused roadmaps and technical design.
- Work with technologies and platforms including Workday Extend, AWS, and AI.
- Support products through identification, development, commercialization, and operation until they mature.
- Support junior colleagues and help build a community of practice in the relevant specialist area.
- Apply relevant standards and procedures while maintaining quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and information security.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing Workday Extend applications.
- Experience developing and coding within agile delivery environments.
- Experience working with web service technologies including REST and SOAP.
- Effective communication skills for working with customers and colleagues, including remotely.
- Proficient use of the English language.
- Commercial awareness and some understanding of project and business dynamics.
- Ability to plan workloads and meet deadlines.
- Extend certification from an accredited body in the relevant specialization is desirable.
- HCM certification is desirable.
