Base Salary

$99k - $207k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead application and module architecture across user interfaces, APIs, microservices, databases, and infrastructure where applicable.
  • Design complex ITSM solutions and ServiceNow catalog items supporting asset lifecycle accountability and Strategic Portfolio Management Demand Management.
  • Collaborate with developers, program managers, testers, production support engineers, business analysts, and scrum masters to deliver technical solutions.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, testing, regression testing, demonstrations, retrospectives, releases, and technical implementation planning.
  • Develop features and stories, break stories into tasks, delegate work, and ensure daily, sprint, and release goals are met.
  • Present and evangelize architecture and technical solutions to architecture guilds, management, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor, coach, motivate, and support developers and testers while improving team technical skills through peer reviews.
  • Conduct architecture design and reviews, maintain alignment with enterprise and platform standards, and identify risks, opportunities, and compliance concerns.
  • Maintain technical, diagnostic, troubleshooting, enterprise architecture, and platform architecture expertise.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field may substitute for five years of experience.
  • At least three years of experience as a technical lead on incremental software development projects such as Agile Scrum.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and groups.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator certification.
  • Certified ServiceNow Developer certification.
  • Familiarity with Angular, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting.
  • Preferred experience contributing to program architecture and standards.
  • Preferred experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and SecDevOps processes and tools.

  • The stated national salary range is $98,500-$206,800.
