Responsibilities
- Create technical engagements and lead strategic relationships with AI development teams, frontier model makers, developers, and researchers in Korea.
- Advise customers on AI model pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, optimization, and evaluation.
- Propose state-of-the-art training and optimization frameworks, including Megatron-LM, Megatron-Bridge, NeMo-RL, NeMo-Gym, TensorRT Model Optimizer, and TensorRT-LLM.
- Help customers customize and deploy AI workloads at scale using the NVIDIA platform.
- Provide technical expertise and developer support, including debugging, performance analysis, and test development.
- Communicate collaboration results through press releases and presentations at GTC.
- Track emerging AI training and optimization technologies and contribute to NVIDIA product strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience across the full AI model lifecycle, including pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, post-training, reinforcement learning, optimization, and evaluation.
- Strong software engineering skills in debugging, performance analysis, and test development.
- World-class communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- MS or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent English communication skills are preferred.
- Understanding of infrastructure factors affecting AI model development, including GPU architecture, server block diagrams, and networking bandwidth between GPU servers and shared storage is preferred.
