Responsibilities
- Support Agent Architects in designing and testing AI agent workflows for enterprise customers.
- Research and evaluate LLM prompting strategies to align AI agent behavior with customer needs.
- Test voice agent behavior, ensuring compliance with brand and language standards.
- Assist in API-based system integrations for connecting customer backends to deployed agents.
- Document best practices and create internal knowledge articles for the Professional Services team.
- Conduct quality assurance by testing conversational flows and identifying issues.
- Analyze conversation logs and performance data to identify improvement areas.
- Prepare customer-facing materials such as scoping documents and training content.
- Stay updated on developments in LLM and conversational AI, sharing insights with the team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, large language models, and conversational interfaces.
- Interest in conversation design, UX writing, or human-computer interaction.
- Structured, analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Notion; experience with APIs or basic scripting is a plus.
- Proactive and self-driven, able to work independently.
- Available for 16–20 hours per week with flexibility around university commitments.
