Responsibilities
- Implement and integrate approved Agentic AI solutions within enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain Python automation scripts and integration components.
- Connect Agentic AI workflows with enterprise systems, services, documents, structured data, and data pipelines.
- Support retrieval workflows and data integration involving Snowflake, Informatica Cloud, and approved enterprise sources.
- Assist with AWS and Snowflake workload deployment, environment validation, testing, releases, troubleshooting, and operational handover.
- Maintain application logging, metrics, dashboards, alerts, documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
- Monitor and investigate service failures, runtime errors, retrieval performance, token usage, data-processing issues, and integration problems.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Security, Architecture, Cloud, and Operations teams on access, integrations, and production readiness.
- Support ongoing production operations while following security, access-control, environment, version-control, testing, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, DevOps, or a related technical role.
- Good Python development skills and experience building scripts, automation solutions, or integration components.
- Basic knowledge of Agentic AI concepts including prompting, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, tool calling, and structured outputs.
- Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, Docker or Podman, SQL, REST services, backend systems, or enterprise applications.
- Working experience with AWS services and cloud-based application environments.
- Understanding of data integration, ETL or ELT concepts, and structured data.
- Basic production-support knowledge covering logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Preferred exposure to Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, Agentic AI frameworks, MCP, observability and evaluation tools, production tracing, Terraform, CloudFormation, Snowflake AI/data capabilities, and Informatica Cloud workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and learning ability.
