Responsibilities

  • Own AWS infrastructure managed with Terraform across multi-account and multi-tenant environments.
  • Improve multi-tenant SaaS scalability, self-service workflows, documentation, runbooks, and PR-based operations.
  • Provide infrastructure for AWS Bedrock, LangChain-based services, AI teams, and sandbox accounts.
  • Maintain and extend GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, including OIDC integration with AWS.
  • Ensure effective Docker usage for local development, testing, and deployments.
  • Operate FusionAuth SSO, migrations, and Terraform-based identity management.
  • Improve Sentry and CloudWatch monitoring and observability, including cross-account developer patterns.
  • Champion security, privacy, compliance, and ISO 27001-aligned cloud controls.
  • Support migration programs involving AWS accounts, networking, DNS, authentication, data planes, and cutovers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, IT, and external partners.

Requirements

  • At least 5–8 years of DevOps experience with strong AWS cloud infrastructure experience; multi-account experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting LLM and AI workloads on AWS, including Bedrock, LangChain services, Lambda/ECS patterns, observability, and inference cost control.
  • Proven expertise with Terraform and Git-based workflows.
  • Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or comparable tools.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud security and compliance.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry and CloudWatch or equivalents.
  • Experience operating SaaS SSO and identity systems.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and migration programs involving DNS, authentication, and data planes.
  • Strong communication skills for advising technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be located in the European Union.
  • Excellent English skills at minimum B2+ level.
