Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Develop high-quality Apex, triggers, and batch jobs with awareness of governor limits.
- Design and implement robust Lightning Web Components using modern best practices.
- Build declarative automation using Flows, balancing maintainability with complexity.
- Apply structured trigger framework patterns to keep the codebase scalable.
- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support integrations with Marketo and Snowflake, ensuring clean data flows.
- Contribute to CI/CD automation and deployment processes across Salesforce environments.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex Salesforce issues.
- Own projects end-to-end from requirements to deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, triggers, batch jobs, and async processing.
- Experience building production-grade Lightning Web Components.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing rules.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
- Comfort working in complex org environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and source-driven deployments.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Location requirement: must be within commutable distance to Richmond, VA or Arlington, VA.
