Responsibilities
- Own dealer implementations end-to-end from kickoff through go-live and early hypercare.
- Configure solutions to dealership workflows and systems through structured discovery and collaboration with engineering.
- Validate customer, availability, recall, and repair-order data flows across systems before go-live.
- Train non-technical dealership staff, support adoption, and manage implementation-related change.
- Own implementation timelines, stakeholders, and go-live dates as project lead.
- Troubleshoot live issues by reproducing problems, reading logs, and distinguishing configuration issues from product bugs.
- Resolve issues when appropriate, create clean engineering escalations, and write reproducible issue steps.
- Create runbooks, SOPs, and setup documentation for repeatable implementations and support handoff.
- Route field feedback to product teams clearly and consistently.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience integrating and configuring products with external systems through APIs, webhooks, or configuration tools.
- Experience troubleshooting, reproducing issues, reading logs, and isolating configuration problems from product bugs.
- Experience delivering customer training or enablement, ideally for non-technical audiences.
- Experience running implementation projects from kickoff to go-live while managing timelines and stakeholders.
- Comfort validating and verifying records, statuses, availability, and other data across systems.
- Preferred experience with discovery, workflow mapping, customer-facing technical issue triage, and escalation.
- Light scripting or SQL experience is a plus.
- Experience writing runbooks, SOPs, or setup documentation for support handoff is preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS implementation and deployment, REST, webhooks, authentication, automotive retail, dealership DMS and scheduling systems, data validation, support escalation, change management, security, compliance, PII handling, and call-recording consent is helpful.
- Strong ownership, resourcefulness, adaptability, structured attention to detail, calm live troubleshooting, empathetic change management, feedback discipline, and cross-functional collaboration are expected.
