Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the frontend and backend multi-brand platform.
  • Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and operations stakeholders to build telehealth infrastructure and customer experiences.
  • Build and scale features while maintaining system stability, security, and modularity.
  • Break down projects, estimate timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • Share knowledge through activities such as pair programming, code reviews, and feedback on design patterns.
  • Help improve engineering effectiveness, developer experience, and internal tooling.
  • Understand, improve, and migrate complex business logic from the legacy monorepo to microservices.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at a startup or software company.
  • Experience building web products with the company’s technology stack.
  • A proven record of breaking down projects, estimating timelines, and delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and the ability to move forward with incomplete information.
