Responsibilities

Contribute to the frontend and backend multi-brand platform.
Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and operations stakeholders to build telehealth infrastructure and customer experiences.
Build and scale features while maintaining system stability, security, and modularity.
Break down projects, estimate timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
Share knowledge through activities such as pair programming, code reviews, and feedback on design patterns.
Help improve engineering effectiveness, developer experience, and internal tooling.
Understand, improve, and migrate complex business logic from the legacy monorepo to microservices.

At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at a startup or software company.
Experience building web products with the company’s technology stack.
A proven record of breaking down projects, estimating timelines, and delivering high-quality work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and the ability to move forward with incomplete information.
