Responsibilities
- Lead development of end-to-end test automation and validation frameworks.
- Build robust data validation, pricing, and risk-integrity tests.
- Design and grow scalable test infrastructure and tooling.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate workflows into automated test suites.
- Own release-quality sign-off for changes affecting pricing and risk.
- Develop and maintain production monitoring and post-deploy checks.
- Investigate production incidents and implement preventive tests.
- Mentor and collaborate with engineers to improve automation standards.
- Explore modern automation technologies to accelerate testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on test automation.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Comprehensive expertise in fixed income products and trade lifecycle.
- Familiarity with profit and loss fundamentals.
- Experience with trading and position management systems like Orchestrade or Murex.
- Proficiency with SQL, messaging technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Clear understanding of software development and test lifecycle.
- Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks.
- Comfort using modern automation tooling and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
