Base Salary
$144k - $192k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a tiger team environment to rapidly develop production-ready AI solutions.
- Design and implement autonomous AI systems that enhance XE-100 reactor development workflows.
- Document solutions and support knowledge transfer to technical teams.
- Develop frontend interfaces, agentic AI workflows, data and systems integrations, ML operations capabilities, or technical product deliverables based on assignment.
- Implement development best practices, quality standards, testing, monitoring, governance, and cloud deployment practices.
- Create technical specifications, architecture documentation, prototypes, product roadmaps, or integration strategies as applicable.
- Perform work according to X-energy quality assurance procedures and additional duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
- Typically ten years of experience in a relevant role.
- Experience with Git, GitLab, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and AI-enhanced development environments.
- Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced development teams and explaining complex technical concepts.
- Depending on assignment, expertise may be required in React and TypeScript frontend development; large language models and agent architectures; AWS data services and ETL; production deployment and monitoring; or technical product management for software or AI products.
