Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise test automation strategies, roadmaps, and adoption plans aligned with business and quality engineering goals.
- Architect, design, and govern scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, data, and end-to-end testing layers.
- Conduct automation maturity assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and develop transformation plans.
- Provide governance through automation planning, design reviews, code quality standards, and implementation best practices.
- Integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps ecosystems to support continuous testing and rapid releases.
- Define and report automation KPIs, ROI, productivity gains, test coverage, execution efficiency, and quality outcomes.
- Partner with clients, delivery teams, and engineering leaders to drive continuous improvement and introduce innovative automation solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation, including significant automation architecture and transformation leadership experience.
- Expertise designing enterprise-scale automation frameworks with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, Rest Assured, Karate, or similar technologies.
- Experience implementing continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, test data management, service virtualization, cloud-native testing, and quality engineering methodologies.
- Experience conducting automation maturity assessments, developing automation business cases, and presenting ROI metrics to executive stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Preferred experience with AI-driven testing, intelligent test automation, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, performance automation, API automation, data validation automation, Agile, DevOps, SAFe, and quality engineering transformation.
