Responsibilities
- Own the technical design, engineering maturity, and reliable operation of assigned AI platform capabilities.
- Lead the platform roadmap, translating architectural direction and control requirements into secure, supportable, production-ready services.
- Establish engineering standards, reference patterns, automation, release controls, and operational practices for repeatable agent delivery.
- Make and document technical decisions across environments, application lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, integrations, security, support, and service operations.
- Lead complex troubleshooting and coordinate resolution of cross-platform incidents, technical risks, and delivery blockers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers, makers, and delivery teams while influencing architects, security teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders.
- Identify platform risks and capability gaps, prioritize improvements using operational evidence, and drive actions through to measurable outcomes.
- Lead the design and delivery of complex business process agents as the platform matures.
Requirements
- Deep Power Platform experience is required.
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise platform capabilities, including resilient environment, deployment, monitoring, and operational services.
- Deep understanding of Power Platform environment strategy, application lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, source control, release governance, and production controls.
- Ability to translate architecture, security, compliance, and risk requirements into pragmatic engineering standards and controls.
- Strong experience designing integrations across enterprise systems, APIs, connectors, identity, and data sources.
- Ability to evaluate technical options, document decisions, and manage technical trade-offs.
- Proven ability to mentor technical practitioners, influence senior stakeholders, and guide delivery teams.
- Capability to lead conversational and multistep agentic solutions supporting complex business processes.
- Experience with Managed Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub, Azure, Copilot Studio, and related enterprise integrations is desirable.
- Senior-level technical judgment, stakeholder influence, platform engineering mindset, and accountability from design through production operation.
