Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, manage, support, and transform customer AWS environments across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Drive operational excellence through automation, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices, observability, security governance, and continuous service improvement.
- Lead incident and problem management activities and participate in on-call operational leadership for mission-critical production environments.
- Influence platform strategy, cloud operating models, AI-enabled operational efficiencies, and DevOps/DevSecOps adoption.
- Advise customers on cloud technology, automation, enablement, security, optimisation, and modern ways of working.
- Bridge application technologies with customer support, architects, service delivery teams, and engineers.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting AWS solutions and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with AWS CodePipeline, CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform, Pulumi, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Ability to code AWS Lambda functions, including knowledge of Python.
- Knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud design, scalable and resilient architectures, tenancy, account structures, Control Tower, LZA, SCPs, tagging, and cost controls.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, identity management, AWS networking, Kubernetes, AWS Fargate, compliance, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Experience supporting mission-critical production environments and participating in on-call operational leadership.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools such as Git and ADO.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, interpersonal, communication, customer advisory, and technical skills.
- AWS Solutions Architect - Associate certification is preferred.
- Dynatrace experience is a bonus.
