Base Salary
$85k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to building LLM-based and RAG AI/ML models and AI-driven workflows.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, and training datasets.
- Support model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting in containerized environments.
- Develop AI-powered customer solutions, readiness metrics, telemetry, and reporting.
- Integrate AI capabilities into services, APIs, and applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and tested code; participate in design discussions, code reviews, documentation, and cross-team delivery.
- Apply security, compliance, and responsible AI development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Preferred: experience contributing to AI/ML models or data-driven systems.
- Preferred: Python or similar programming experience for AI development.
- Preferred: understanding of machine learning fundamentals and data-processing workflows.
- Preferred: experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or vector databases, including coursework or project experience.
- Preferred: exposure to MLOps practices such as model deployment and monitoring.
- Preferred: familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure, and strong problem-solving and learning ability.
