Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for in-house software products and customized solutions.
Support partners with integration of Glory products.
Research, design, and implement software programs.
Perform comprehensive software testing to ensure performance and robustness.
Conduct field installation and training when necessary.
Analyze and troubleshoot software-related field problems.
Create requirements documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Collaborate with sales teams, developers, and other departments on project implementation.

At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Diploma or degree in computing, or a related IT certification.
Experience developing with .NET Core 3.1 or above.
Familiarity with Dependency Injection.
Experience with either C# Web API development or C# WPF application development; experience with both is preferred.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and using JSON Web Token authentication.
Excellent English and communication skills.
Good troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
