Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-grade agents for technical support and onboarding.
- Analyze customer friction points to build self-service AI systems.
- Act as the product owner, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions.
- Develop AI-native onboarding experiences for enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the LLM stack and experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
- Strong software engineering skills with at least 3 years of experience.
- Self-directed with a founder mentality, able to navigate ambiguity.
- Proficient in Python or TypeScript, with full-stack development capability.
- Customer-centric mindset, able to translate technical pain points into solutions.
