Responsibilities
- Own architectural design and end-to-end delivery for key systems and migrations.
- Design scalable services and lead system decomposition initiatives.
- Drive performance optimization, observability, and reliability improvements.
- Partner with Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Design teams to establish technical direction.
- Lead major technical projects from inception through launch.
- Mentor engineers at multiple levels and promote engineering best practices and team culture.
- Identify systemic issues, drive cross-team solutions, and align engineering goals with business outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience developing and scaling distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in system design, cloud-native architectures, and backend frameworks.
- A proven record of leading major technical projects from inception to launch.
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
- Commitment to data integrity, privacy, operational excellence, and building reliable, secure, scalable systems.
