Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and evolve the internal AI Engineering Platform supporting AI-assisted and agentic software engineering.
- Develop secure, reliable, reusable platform services for AI tooling, developer enablement, observability, automation, and engineering governance.
- Design, automate, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure using OpenTofu or Terraform.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Create self-service automation and reusable capabilities that improve developer experience and engineering workflows.
- Operate monitoring, telemetry, logging, tracing, and metrics solutions for shared platform services.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, support production services, and improve scalability, reliability, security, and operational resilience.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, managers, architects, and platform engineers to promote platform adoption and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Experience building or operating shared engineering platforms or internal developer platforms.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Docker containerized workloads.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using OpenTofu or Terraform.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, or Bash and experience designing reusable automation solutions.
- Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Understanding of telemetry, logging, and distributed tracing, plus experience supporting production platform services.
- Strong modern software engineering, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: experience with GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted software development tools, internal developer platforms, developer experience capabilities, SonarQube, package management platforms, engineering governance tooling, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Large Language Models, AI engineering platforms, or enterprise service management practices.

- Gross base salary starts at PLN 15,267 per month under a full-time employment contract.
