Responsibilities
- Design, code, maintain, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze development requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while improving application performance and reliability.
- Document software designs, processes, and code for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Participate actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members.
- Use scripting and automation to streamline workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions and integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in software applications.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
