Responsibilities
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and articulate the value of AI-assisted design.
- Translate business requirements into concrete technical approaches using Neural Concept's platform.
- Guide customers through AI adoption from proof-of-concept to full integration.
- Act as a link between customer needs and product evolution, providing insights to the development team.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in designing solutions from understanding business needs to technical approaches.
- Comfortable in customer-facing environments, navigating executive and technical discussions.
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of engineering simulation concepts like CAD/CAE, CFD, or FEM.
- Working knowledge of machine learning and experience with Python and ML frameworks is a plus.
- Intellectually curious and eager to tackle engineering challenges through AI.
- Fluency in English and German, preferably native.
