Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, workflows, actions, and update sets.
- Maintain CMDB data integrity, normalization, reconciliation rules, and overall CMDB health.
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools, third-party systems, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot pattern probes, sensors, discovery, and platform performance issues.
- Configure and customize core ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, Service Catalog, and Service Requests.
- Build Service Portal pages, widgets, and tailored user experiences.
- Create Performance Analytics reports and dashboards.
- Gather, analyze, design, and document technical requirements with stakeholders.
- Support enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and lead technical initiatives that improve operational performance.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM implementation best practices.
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, Service Catalog, and ITOM.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, application scopes, plugins, and upgrade processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow ITOM, SecOps, or HR Service Delivery modules.
- Preferred ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, Certified Implementation Specialist, or other advanced certifications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline implementation, enterprise integration patterns, and middleware technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
