Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack software across the codebase.
- Drive adoption of modern software engineering and delivery practices across the team.
- Mentor team members and contribute technical leadership during enterprise transformation.
- Analyze system architecture and contribute to design planning.
- Manage software delivery dependencies with vendors and internal engineering teams.
- Collaborate with business leaders in marketing, HR, legal, and compliance.
- Apply privacy, security, regulatory, and acceptable-use requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 4 years of experience leading modernized development teams at an enterprise level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience; advanced studies and degree preferred.
- High proficiency in full-stack development using React, JavaScript, Python, Java, and Angular.
- Experience with AWS.
- Technical knowledge of communication channels, deliverability, and compliance.
- Ability to analyze system architecture, contribute to design planning, and manage delivery dependencies.
