Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test solutions across web, app, and API surfaces.
- Build and maintain scalable test frameworks supporting continuous testing.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality feedback.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams on resolution.
- Improve software quality through proactive testing strategies and expanded test coverage.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software quality assurance experience focused on test automation.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language.
- Experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Preferred: experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, API testing and backend system verification, and using AI tools to enhance test automation.
