Responsibilities
- Understand and uncover business challenges faced by customers through targeted discovery sessions.
- Engage with business users to define, create, and showcase solution prototypes.
- Build and present customized demos for customers, trade shows, and webinars.
- Present and articulate the business value of the Sigma platform to all organizational levels.
- Deliver product, technical, and security-related responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Participate in product, sales, and technology certifications to grow skill sets.
- Contribute as a team player by sharing knowledge and learning.
- Assist customers in developing their data lifecycle and analytics strategy.
- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.
- Achieve quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or sales engineering.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Solid understanding of database concepts.
- Familiarity with advanced spreadsheet concepts.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience implementing business intelligence solutions or proof of concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytics field or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
