Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve test coverage and release velocity.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Lead testing efforts and drive improvements in testing processes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in software development or a related field.
- Extensive experience in several of the following: network communication and related security, Windows, Mac, Linux, embedded software, test automation tools, or electronics.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Jenkins and JMeter.
- Proficiency in Python and other programming languages.
- Demonstrated ability to lead testing efforts and improve testing processes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English.
