Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate on initiatives to improve test coverage and release velocity.
- Work with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in software development or a related field.
- Extensive experience in several relevant domains, including network communication and related security, Windows, Mac, Linux, embedded software, test automation tools, and electronics.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Jenkins and JMeter.
- Proficiency in Python and other programming languages.
- Ability to lead testing efforts and improve testing processes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, commitment to quality, communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Fluency in English.
