Responsibilities
- Define and ensure compliance with test strategies and plans.
- Design, prepare, execute, and continuously update test cases.
- Assess and implement test automation for cloud-native applications.
- Manage defects, assign severity, and verify fixes.
- Provide testing sign-off and communicate test activities and milestones.
- Promote QA best practices and implement quality process improvements.
- Mentor newcomers and support QA team members.
- Contribute to reducing the environmental impact of QA activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant experience in manual and automated software functional testing based on ISTQB principles.
- Advanced knowledge of test strategy, planning, and execution.
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong defect management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder interaction.
- Experience mentoring and supporting team members.
- Commitment to quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement.
