Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers.
Partner with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows.
Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Codex.
Lead workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions for engineering organizations.
Contribute technical content to the OpenAI Cookbook to support the developer community.
Gather product insights from customer deployments and translate them into product proposals.
Influence customer strategy regarding AI coding tools in their software development lifecycle.
Act as a trusted advisor on solution architecture and best-practice adoption.

5+ years of experience in technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
Active power user of AI coding tools with a customized developer workflow.
Experience in building demos, integrations, and prototypes using Codex.
Proven ability to deliver engaging workshops and technical training to engineering teams.
Experience contributing technical guides or examples publicly.
Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts clearly.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces.
