Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support packaged or SaaS applications to align with business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively resolve potential issues.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to integrate and extend application capabilities.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience with Anaplan is required.
- Proficiency in Anaplan is required.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization in packaged or SaaS environments is required.
- Experience with APIs and low-code platforms is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain application stability and performance is required.
- Familiarity with release management and version control processes is required.
- Machine Learning experience is a preferred qualification.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
