Base Salary
$61k - $104k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using C, C++, and Python.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices for high-volume, low-latency systems.
- Develop reusable UI components and integrate them with backend services.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design activities.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement security, data protection, and compliance best practices for financial systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate timely resolutions with support teams.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation practices.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with C, C++, Golang, and Python.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and messaging systems including Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with relational databases such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding of Java and familiarity with Maven or Gradle.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles, data structures, and multithreading or concurrency.
- Preferred experience in financial services, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Preferred exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Preferred knowledge of Redis, Elastic, and profiling tools.
- Preferred familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Preferred experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Understanding of secure coding and banking regulatory or compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and attention-to-detail skills.
