Responsibilities
- Take functional responsibility for maintaining and developing Generative AI demonstrators for business development.
- Research current Generative AI trends and experiment with new tools.
- Lead or contribute to projects focused on technical steering and quality assurance in Data Science and prompt engineering.
- Design and deliver internal training to deepen team expertise.
- Participate in relevant conferences and present findings as a company expert and representative.
- Support the sales team with presentations and pitches for technical solutions.
- Create architecture diagrams for Generative AI solutions.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, Data Science, mathematics, or a natural sciences discipline.
- Fluent German and English communication skills and willingness to travel for consulting work.
- Experience developing Generative AI models and applying them in real-world projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong coding and software development skills in Python and object-oriented programming.
- Very good knowledge of cloud technologies, OpenAI API or Aleph Alpha API, and Hugging Face.
- Ideally, experience with probabilistic modeling, text processing and NLP, transformers, conversational AI, Stable Diffusion, hardware accelerators, physical computing, local open-source foundation models, and fine-tuning.
- Commitment to continuous learning and experimentation with new tools and technologies.
