Base Salary
$131k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy custom AI agents using Python and Databricks.
- Design and implement integrations between Glean, Databricks, and enterprise systems.
- Own the technical delivery of high-code agent use cases from requirements to deployment.
- Collaborate with the AI Automation Engineer to manage the agent backlog.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure agents access clean, reliable data.
- Support the agent governance process by writing technical specs and participating in reviews.
- Contribute to the agent framework and tooling for the AI team.
- Triage and resolve technical escalations from the AI platform support queue.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering or data engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with coding assistants.
- Experience building on Databricks, specifically with AgentBricks.
- Demonstrated proficiency in building production AI agents.
- Familiarity with agentic coding frameworks like DSPy or LangChain.
- Understanding of agent tracing and monitoring concepts.
- API and integration experience to build connectors and wire systems.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset to work across IT, data, and business teams.
