Base Salary

$131k - $150k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and deploy custom AI agents using Python and Databricks.
Design and implement integrations between Glean, Databricks, and enterprise systems.
Own the technical delivery of high-code agent use cases from requirements to deployment.
Collaborate with the AI Automation Engineer to manage the agent backlog.
Partner with data engineers to ensure agents access clean, reliable data.
Support the agent governance process by writing technical specs and participating in reviews.
Contribute to the agent framework and tooling for the AI team.
Triage and resolve technical escalations from the AI platform support queue.

3–5 years of hands-on software engineering or data engineering experience.
Proficiency in Python and experience with coding assistants.
Experience building on Databricks, specifically with AgentBricks.
Demonstrated proficiency in building production AI agents.
Familiarity with agentic coding frameworks like DSPy or LangChain.
Understanding of agent tracing and monitoring concepts.
API and integration experience to build connectors and wire systems.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset to work across IT, data, and business teams.
