Base Salary
$197k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship ads products used by hundreds of millions of users.
- Develop backend services that scale to billions of products and transactions.
- Design and implement attribution models and identity-matching solutions for large-scale advertising measurement.
- Integrate with third-party measurement partners for viewability, brand safety, audience reach, and audience verification.
- Develop and optimize audience segmentation and management systems, including demographic, interest, behavioral, and lookalike audiences.
- Serve as a technical lead, mentor junior engineers, and own projects through their full lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software development and shipping complex products to production.
- Proficiency in one or more systems programming languages, including C#, Go, Rust, Java, C++, or Python.
- Knowledge of REST, gRPC, distributed systems design, scalable containerized systems, and microservices.
- Experience with Kafka, Flink, Redis, and distributed SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with ads systems is a bonus.
