Base Salary
$106k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Automate server provisioning and configuration management with Ansible.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
- Troubleshoot Linux, cloud, networking, application, and critical production issues.
- Partner with development teams to streamline deployments and improve reliability.
- Implement security hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Support LDAP and Active Directory authentication integrations, including SSO, Kerberos, and LDAPS.
- Lead infrastructure changes, deployments, incident response, root cause analysis, and operational improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Linux administration experience.
- Experience supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux and AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Git, Bash or Python scripting, and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Experience troubleshooting production systems and critical incidents.
- Preferred: RHCSA or RHCE certification.
- Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer certification.
- Preferred: experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, EKS, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, NGINX, Splunk, CloudWatch, LDAP, and Active Directory.
