Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team.
- Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.

- Identify and advocate for solutions to project, process, technology, or business issues.
- Create and monitor metrics to support operations and availability of team artifacts.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience in designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Experience shipping front-end applications.
- Ability to define a technical plan for significant features or system components.
- Proficient in making significant changes in a large code base safely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
