Riot GamesResponsibilities
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, animators, quality professionals, engineers, and producers to shape player experiences.
- Provide technical feedback on tooling improvements and product direction.
- Brainstorm, design, and implement prototypes addressing product, development, and technical questions.
- Lead and deliver game content tooling and pipelines for external creative teams.
- Drive the technical vision and execution of gameplay features.
- Improve gameplay tools supporting environments, physics, audio, and navigation.
- Build projects involving complex system changes.
- Mentor engineering teammates and collaborate across business units.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of professional experience in game development.
- Experience shipping games across PC, console, and mobile platforms.
- Experience building gameplay systems and collaborating with designers.
- Expertise with C++ in complex codebases.
- Experience mentoring fellow developers.
- Experience leading technical designs and technical decisions.
- Experience building game content tools and pipelines.
- A strong personal connection to games, player empathy, and a collaborative spirit are valued.
