Base Salary
$220k - $357k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advance multimodal capabilities in image and video generation, editing, understanding, controllable and long-horizon synthesis, agentic planning, RL training, world simulation, and audio-enhanced video.
- Improve visual and audio data quality through annotation, filtering, augmentation, synthetic generation, captioning, and data studies.
- Design evaluation frameworks, metrics, benchmarks, evaluations, and reward models for image, video, and audio quality and coherence.
- Implement efficient algorithms, real-time inference, model distillation, and scalable serving for visual content.
- Develop scalable data collection and processing pipelines for multimodal datasets.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into production and iterate based on user feedback.
Requirements
- Production-quality coding experience in Python, PyTorch, JAX, Rust, or C++.
- Experience with multimodal applications such as graphics engines, rendering techniques, image or video understanding and generation, world models, real-time simulation, or controllable and long-horizon visual content creation.
- Preferred experience in audio or speech processing, music or audio generation, data-driven experiment design, systematic analysis, model debugging, large-scale distributed machine learning, or improving neural network capabilities through data and modeling.
- Preferred experience with SFT, RL, evaluations, human or synthetic data collection, agentic systems, agentic RL training, controllable or long-horizon generation, or multimodal agents.
- Proficiency in Python, JAX/XLA, PyTorch, Rust/C++, Spark, Ray, and related large-scale frameworks.
- Ability to contribute hands-on, prioritize effectively, communicate well, and deliver end-to-end user experiences.
