Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support by monitoring and responding to client support tickets.
- Support diverse, high-volume projects across a large portfolio of concurrent client projects.
- Develop and maintain enterprise front-ends, updating complex WordPress themes and custom Gutenberg blocks.
- Enhance UI/UX and legacy interfaces by debugging issues and improving design and accessibility.
- Support and shape product offerings by maintaining user interfaces and front-end integration.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts in client-friendly terms.
- Expertise in front-end technologies including modern CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Gutenberg block development.
- Proven problem-solving skills for debugging UI glitches and resolving CSS/JS conflicts.
- Ability to manage a high workload and switch contexts between multiple client projects.
- Self-starter attitude with a desire to learn emerging front-end technologies and standards.
