Responsibilities

  • Support development, integration, and validation of rear-view camera, surround-view, transparent-trailer, curb-view, and related viewing systems.
  • Work with software and algorithm development teams to evaluate vehicle and bench features.
  • Support performance-team tuning activities and integration into various ECUs.
  • Perform issue triage and root-cause analysis.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in camera calibration and alignment processes.
  • Design, build, and execute road and staged data collection.
  • Analyze and review features to ensure high quality.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in software development teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Familiarity with vehicle-based software testing methods.
  • Ability to obtain an MPG driver’s license.
  • Preferred: knowledge of the viewing domain.
  • Preferred: 7+ years of experience working in software development teams.
  • Preferred: 5 years of experience with algorithmic development, performance tradeoffs, and software parameters.
  • Preferred: advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Candidates must not require current or future GM immigration sponsorship.
