Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers as a trusted technical advisor.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops.
- Design and recommend solution architectures aligned with customer needs.
- Translate technical capabilities into measurable customer value.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and partners.
- Support partner-led opportunities through technical coaching.
- Advise on integrating the Vectra AI Platform with existing security systems.
- Present technical concepts to various stakeholders confidently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes.
- Maintain expertise in the Vectra AI Platform and emerging threats.
- Participate in account strategy and business review meetings.
- Represent Vectra AI at events and technical workshops.
- Mentor peers by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
- Travel within the assigned region as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Experience supporting enterprise and strategic customer engagements.
- Strong consultative mindset with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
- Comfortable leading technical discussions from discovery to validation.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with channel partners and partner-led sales is a plus.
- Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies.
- Strong networking knowledge across OSI Layers 3–7.
- Experience with cloud security architectures like AWS and Azure.
- Understanding of identity technologies such as Active Directory.
- Familiarity with security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of attacker tactics and incident response methodologies.
