Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, seek clarification, define acceptance criteria, estimate work, and deliver application features.
- Design and develop enterprise-scale full-stack applications using modern engineering practices.
- Write secure, performant, stable code and continuously address technical debt and rework.
- Conduct diligent peer code reviews and contribute to overall team performance.
- Implement automated builds, unit and functional tests, static and dynamic scans, and regression testing through DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and eliminate root causes.
- Automate repetitive SDLC and operational tasks to reduce risk.
- Develop end-to-end user stories as a full-stack developer.
- Participate in systems analysis, application programming, and successful project implementation.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
- Expertise with Java, Angular or React, and Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Expertise with enterprise integrations, Kafka messaging, Elastic Search, NoSQL databases, and caching solutions.
- Experience designing and optimizing software for performance and stability.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, problem solving, test-driven development, authentication, authorization, and security.
- Experience with AI-driven tools including Devin, Co-pilot, Gemini, and other generative AI tools.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
