Base Salary
$149k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical architect on BetterUp's largest and most strategic opportunities.
- Own peer-level relationships with CIO, CISO, and VP Engineering buyers.
- Build business cases in CFO and COO terms, structuring ROI narratives.
- Anticipate integration, security, and platform feasibility challenges.
- Define and maintain reusable SE assets to enhance team capability.
- Lead the SE function's AI and automation strategy.
- Coach SEs on navigating business-driven deals and complex environments.
- Serve as the senior technical voice in strategic planning and product discussions.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
- Active relationships with CIO, CISO, or VP Engineering-level buyers.
- Deep fluency across HRIS, LMS, SSO, and API-based integration ecosystems.
- Expert-level command of enterprise security posture and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to build ROI narratives for CFO and COO audiences.
- Experience building SE team infrastructure and training programs.
- Proficiency using AI tools to enhance SE leverage.
