Base Salary
$112k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own integration architecture for all non-prebuilt ERP use cases.
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into solution blueprints.
- Author and own technical SOW creation for delivery teams.
- Develop solution documentation and reference architecture assets.
- Serve as a technical escalation point during delivery.
- Partner with Sales on high-impact solution reviews.
- Conduct API payload validation and integration pattern testing.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integration strategy.
- Mentor and guide Implementation Consultants and Integration Specialists.
- Represent ERP domain depth within Professional Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience designing and delivering ERP or financial system integrations.
- Strong understanding of AP automation workflows and ERP data structures.
- Proven experience writing SOWs and technical architecture documentation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated track record driving delivery success across customer portfolios.
