Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable data processing systems for ingesting, transforming, and enriching multilingual datasets.
- Develop automated validation frameworks, quality tracking tools, and drift-detection mechanisms.
- Optimize data pipelines from ingestion through segmentation, enrichment, and delivery.
- Collaborate with applied scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define data requirements and deliver production-ready datasets.
- Use cloud-native technologies to process petabyte-scale corpora efficiently and cost-effectively.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
