Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
- Validate AI agent conversations, topics, actions, prompts, workflows, and AI-generated responses.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, API, data validation, performance, reliability, scalability, conversational AI, chatbot, and security testing.
- Test Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party applications, including Data Cloud synchronization.
- Create and maintain test cases, test data, and automation suites.
- Use Postman or similar tools for API testing and Jira for defect tracking.
- Conduct smoke testing, release validation, and production-readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners during Agile delivery cycles.
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Flows and Automation, Security Model, and Reports & Dashboards Testing.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, UAT, API, data validation, performance, conversational AI, and chatbot testing.
- Knowledge of Blackduck, ZAP Proxy, penetration testing, Fortify, and Veracode.
- Experience with Jira, Postman, and Salesforce Developer Console.
- ACCELQ or Selenium experience is preferred.
