Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical onboarding journey for a high volume of accounts.
- Provide hands-on guidance for technical configurations, including IdP integration and Tailnet administration.
- Partner closely with AEs and SEs to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to active usage.
- Act as a feedback loop for Product and Engineering teams by identifying onboarding friction points.
- Maintain data hygiene within sales and CSP tooling to track onboarding metrics.
- Facilitate handoffs to Support and Post-sales teams once adoption milestones are met.
- Define and refine onboarding success metrics and develop post-onboarding surveys.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts including OSI model and VPN operations.
- Proficiency in installing software across diverse operating systems.
- Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving networking issues.
- Ability to read and modify JSON or YAML configs for ACL and Kubernetes deployments.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Clear and empathetic communication style for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A builder’s mindset with a passion for solving technical puzzles.
