Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy application-heavy solutions using Java Spring Boot and Python.
- Contribute to front-end development with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Design scalable, cloud-native application architectures in partnership with senior architects.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, GraphQL, Kafka, message queues, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
- Deploy and optimize applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Implement practical AI features using cloud-based AI services, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, and deployment pipelines.
- Optimize application performance and security through code reviews, testing, and secure coding practices.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, infrastructure teams, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on support and mentorship while contributing to solution design and continuous learning.
Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience is required.
- Five to twelve years of hands-on full-stack development experience is sought.
- At least two years of experience in a lead developer or junior architect role focused on application-heavy systems.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education stated.
- Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Python for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying solutions in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
- Basic exposure to AI/ML integration, cloud AI services, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with REST APIs, message queues, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, IAM, encryption, and enterprise security standards.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
- Azure Developer Associate or a similar certification is preferred.
